Refuge has a 24/7 Domestic abuse helpline and their website it packed with amazing stuff to help if you need to get out right now.
(If you need to get out right now, these are the people who can get you set up in a refuge or talk to the council about getting you somewhere safe, even during lockdown)

Personnel Checks has a good list of signs for all the other signs of abuse (abuse takes many forms!)
The most important thing, if you believe you are in physical danger…CALL 999. Ask for the police and tell them bluntly and plainly that you are in physical danger. They will come to get you or potentially remove the person endangering you.
